American Tobacco Durham Wedding
This one has been a LONG time in coming. I second-shot this wedding for Carolyn Marie Photography back in June (I know, I know, almost a year ago!), and I’m just now getting to work on it.
I met Michael my freshman year of college. He lived on the floor above me and was a great social organizer. By that I mean, EVERYBODY knew him, and he knew everybody. I met Carmen not long after that, and even got to take photos for them way back in the day when it was just for fun and I charged them 20 bucks. I can’t believe how long it’s been!
One of the things I loved about their wedding is that they had a “Carmichael Museum” set up to showcase their relationship. They’ve been through a lot together, and it was only fitting that they celebrate it.
Carmen and Michael are both super musical, so instead of doing a first look, they created special tracks for each to listen to around a corner. You’ll understand when you see the pictures. It was ADORABLE and the light was so yummy. I’m so excited to finally share these photos with you! Congratulations Carmen and Michael!
