UNC Graduation Photography
Everyone, meet Hannah! I was so excited when she reached out about doing a graduation session. I’ve lived in Louisiana for the last five years, so this is the first spring in a while that I’ve been able to say “yes!” to these kinds of inquiries. I’m so glad! There is nothing quite like Chapel Hill in the spring 🌺
Hannah is a biology major and is trying to decide if med school is the next step for her. She has the biggest smile, and was such a trooper in the chilly wind. I can’t believe how cold it was at the beginning of April! And that there was a line at the old well for pictures already. 🙈 My secret for making the most of the waiting? Almost all the photos of Hannah standing 10 feet away from the old well were while we were waiting in line. I used her body or cropping to block the people whose turn it was to take pictures.
Hannah had a 90-minute session, so we were able to shoot at 4 different locations on campus. I loved her choice of Wilson Library for the 4th location! The pillars are gorgeous and actually provided some shelter from the wind. And this blog post wouldn’t be complete without a special shout-out to Emma, Hannah’s roommate. She trekked around with us for an hour-and-a-half carrying all of Hannah’s stuff!
