Raleigh Family Photography
I love extended family sessions! It’s so much fun to take pictures of a big group of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. And I’m so thankful that Meghan’s family was willing to drive down from Natchitoches on a rainy morning for these photos. I was in town just for the weekend to shoot a wedding, and I had such a narrow window of time to shoot!
Charlie is the pastor of the church Stephen used to work at, and he and his family are so dear to us. We miss them so much! It was so special to get to do photos for them again. The last time we did photos, Benjamin was a baby! Now when he and Clara saw me editing the photos they were so excited. They loved seeing pictures of Miss Lily who babysat them some and Miss Hattie who gave them each a little toy before we moved.
I said it in Jenna’s blog post too, but I am so thankful the weather held out. We wouldn’t have been able to reschedule, and there just aren’t a lot of indoor options in Dry Creek. It was a little chilly, a little windy, and on-and-off drizzly, but I can make that work! Thanks for braving the weather with me, friends, and capturing some wonderful memories!
