I’d like to take a minute to introduce y’all to my brother, Evan, and his sweet girlfriend, Anna! Evan is in grad school at Texas Tech and Anna has been living and working in Michigan where she grew up. They have been dating long distance through the entire pandemic, but they made it through! They have thoroughly enjoyed getting to see each other more since COVID restrictions have lifted, and this week Anna is moving to Texas. I know they are both thrilled about that!

Though I live in DeRidder, Louisiana, these photos were actually taken on our vacation to Michigan in June! My mom’s family is from there, and we’ve been going to our cabin on the river for as long as I can remember. It’s been such a joy to share that with Benjamin and Clara! Anyway, Anna lives 2-3 hours away from the cabin, so we finally got to meet her while we all up there for vacation. She is delightful! Texas Tech is a 10-hour drive from DeRidder, so we’re hoping to see more of her now that she lives close(er) by! Evan can come too, I guess 😉
