Confession: I LOVE it when my sister-in-law says, “can I have you take some photos of the girls when you’re in town?” Um, YES! It was such a joy to get to see family at Christmas, including meeting our niece, Emily, for the first time, and introducing our NC family to Clara! I’m so thankful we had some good weather a couple of days so we could get outside and take these pictures. Emily is the most smiley 5-month old you ever did meet and Katelyn is such a proud big sister.

We waited for a day in the 50s and then walked down to their neighborhood clubhouse. The white walls were the perfect backdrop for our photos, and both of these girls did such a great job smiling and laughing for the camera. Some of the most fun photos of Katelyn are when I asked her to laugh! We even caught a couple photos of Emily sitting up! It only lasts a couple seconds right now, so we had to be quick. I know I’m biased, but my nieces are pretty cute!! Can’t wait to see you again soon, kiddos!
