The Stutes are some of our dearest friends, and it was so much fun to finally have them in front of my camera! Asher is almost 3, about a year older than Benjamin, and he’s one of Benjamin’s best friends. The way he says Benjamin’s name is so cute!! And he loves to give Benjamin hugs, even if Benjamin doesn’t love it. I can’t wait to see them grow up together. I’m sure they’ll get into all kinds of trouble!

We’ve been talking about doing a family session together for a couple months, but decided to wait until it was cooler. Little did we know we’d get two major hurricanes in the mean time. And even though it’s been a little cooler recently, I think it was almost 90 when we were shooting so everyone got a little hot in their sweaters. But we can pretend it was cool outside, right?

We took the photos at a mutual friends’ farm, which was absolutely gorgeous!! They did have a lot of trees down after Laura, but the oak trees along the driveway were mostly okay. I’m so glad!! They are soooo pretty!! I’m so glad we finally got to do this, friends!!
