Karlee is done with grad school, y’all! She graduated back in December with a Master of Education from Northwestern. It is NOT easy to do grad school and work full-time, so this is a huge accomplishment!! And if there’s anything I know about grad school when you’re married, it’s that it’s a family affair. I feel like that means I need to say congratulations to Kyler too =) I’m so glad he could join us for the photos! And that we picked the one sunny day in what feels like a year. The light was perfect!

We decided to do Karlee’s graduation photos in DeRidder instead of driving all the way to Natchitoches where Northwestern is. We started with the court house in the background since it looks more like college buildings than anything else in DeRidder, and I think it worked! It’s right on one of the busiest streets in town, but they didn’t let that bother them. I had a great time getting to know them a little better and celebrating this milestone with them. Congratulations, Karlee and Kyler!
