Raleigh/Durham Senior Mini Sessions Fall 2018
I’ve been wanting to do more senior sessions recently, so I’m excited to announce that this fall I’ll be doing high school senior mini sessions!! I love doing UNC graduation sessions in the spring because because I get to celebrate with people who have accomplished so much and are so excited about the next step in their lives. High school seniors are no different! They’ve worked really hard and many of them are about to start totally new chapters of their lives. It’s scary and exciting and crazy all at once. If you or someone you know is graduating next spring, don’t hesitate to get in touch! I would love to celebrate with you!!
To book, email maria@mariaestesphoto.com or fill out the contact form in the menu bar. If possible, please include at least two sessions times that work for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I pay? Full payment is due at the time of booking, and $50 of that payment is a non-refundable deposit. I accept card payments through my online booking company, Honeybook, or you can mail a check if you prefer. I also require a signed contract, but don’t worry! It’s really simple and you can sign it online right before you pay.
- Why do you require a contract? I find it’s the best way to make sure we’re all on the same page. It contains the payment policy above as well as my inclement weather policy and model release (allowing me to use the photos on my website and social media). If you have any questions about it, don’t hesitate to ask!
- What happens if it rains? What I typically do is keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to the session. Often the forecast can change so much day to day that I won’t make a final call until the day of the session. If I feel we need to reschedule, I will let you know at least 2 hours before your scheduled start time. We’ll move your session to another available time, and, if necessary, I will open up a back-up day for sessions. If we can’t find a time that works for both of us, I will refund your full payment and refer you to another awesome photographer.
- Can I bring props? Please do! Props can make your session even more personal and fun. I’ve seen confetti, musical instruments, balloons, dogs, sports equipment and more. Let me know if you’re thinking about anything in particular so we can think through the best way to include it. =)
