Wake Forest Backyard Family Photography

Meet my boss, Amy! I’ve done photos for her family before, but it’s been a few years. Mary and Drew have grown up a lot, and Amy wanted some new family photos much to Drew’s dismay. We did the session in their backyard again, and I just love that. It’s a great way to celebrate and memorialize a place that’s meant a lot to your family. Of course you can do that at other special locations too, but there’s something different about your home; the place you’ve spent more time together as a family than anywhere else. For how not into the session Drew was, I LOVE the pictures of him by himself. And I love the silly pictures of him with Mary and him giving piggy-back rides. I firmly believe that family photos should be fun!! If there’s lots of goofiness and laughter then I know I’m doing a good job.
