It’s a girl!! Stephen and I are so excited for his sister, Lauren, and her husband, Matthew, who are expecting their first baby in February! We had a party on Sunday to find out the little nugget’s gender, and it was wonderful! I’ve been learning a lot in the last year of about rejoicing with those who rejoice even in the midst of our own pregnancy loss (I don’t think I’ve written about that explicitly before, but someday I will), and I’m so thankful that it’s getting easier. I don’t want to miss these moments in our dear friends’ lives for anything. Congratulations, you two!! We can’t WAIT to meet her!!
