I could not be more excited for my brother-in-law, Michael, and his fiancé, Erin. They’ve had a bit of a whirlwind engagement (think photos a week after he proposed and the wedding in less than 3 months), but hey, when you know you know, and when you’re ready there aren’t many things that can make you wait.

I have to tell you a little bit about Michael’s adorable proposal. He and Erin LOVE the beach and take day trips there often. One Saturday in September they left the triangle before it even got light outside to get to the beach before it got crowded. That was more important to Michael who had some big plans, but Erin went with it. A few of their friends left even earlier to bury a small wooden chest on the beach for Michael and Erin to stumble upon while they were building a sand castle. Michael got a picture of the location sent to his phone, marked by a few shells, and his friends stayed near by to keep an eye on it and take a few pictures of Erin being surprised. It was so great to hear her tell the story. She had NO idea it was coming and was SHOCKED to open a cool chest she found and see pictures of her and Michael and a ring box. How sweet is that??

If you know anything about Michael and Erin, you know that superhero shirts were the ONLY choice for them to finish off their shoot. They LOVE going to movies together and Erin even writes regularly about the Marvel universe and other movies for moviepilot.com. The superhero shirts were SO them. I love it!
