Hey mama! If you’re looking for someone to photograph your family, you’re in the right place. I’ve been photographing families for 10 years and have two kids of my own. I know exactly what it takes to get great family photos, and I’d love to share it with you!

Friend, it is hard being a mom in our culture. We are constantly bombarded by images of picture-perfect families, Pinterest crafts, spotless homes and sports trophies. But people share the best parts of life. If you have spit up on your shirt, toys all over the floor and dishes in the sink, if you’re exhausted from running kids from one activity to the next, you are NOT alone. Behind all of those picture-perfect families are moms just like you: doing their best to make the best life for their kids and wondering if anyone else feels as inadequate as they do.
You don't have to have perfectly-behaved kids or spend a fortune on outfits to get great family photos.
You don’t have to have it all together! Real life is messy, but it’s also wonderful. Family photos give you a chance to capture your family as they are right now, before those kiddos are grown and you're wondering where the time went. After we pick a date and location, you'll get a family photo preparation guide delivered straight to your inbox with outfit and session tips so you'll know what to expect. When we get there, I'll tell you exactly what to do. No experience necessary! And if you're worried your kids won't listen, I get it! My kids have enough energy to power a small town and VERY selective hearing. My combination of candid, lifestyle, and posed portraits give kids room to be kids and gives you a great variety of images!
