Wedding Photographers Asheville NC

I know this isn’t your typical wedding post header picture, but I couldn’t resist. I don’t think I’ve ever had this much fun with the groomsmen (and bridesmen!) portraits. Besides, you got to see a lot of the beauty of Nicole and Brandon’s Asheville wedding in my portfolio and home page galleries anyway (don’t worry, there’s more here too =).

Nicole and Brandon’s wedding was absolutely beautiful. I second-shot this one for Carolyn Marie Photography, and the ceremony and the reception were at Sherrill’s Inn just outside of Asheville. Despite the fact that it rained all morning before an outdoor ceremony, everybody stayed calm and the rain stopped just minutes before Nicole was set to walk down the aisle. It was still cloudy for the rest of the night, but that gave the wedding (and the photos!) a soft and intimate feel that I loved! It was all so wonderful.

Before Nicole and her dad danced to Butterfly Kisses, he sang the song to her. It was one of the sweetest moments of the whole wedding and I’m not ashamed to admit I got a little misty-eyed. The rest of the reception was bluegrass music from a live band, local beer, and a whole lot of fun. Congratulations Nicole and Brandon! Here’s to many many years of love and happiness.
