Best of 2016 Weddings

You know that task you don’t want to do…the one that’s hanging over your head but you keep putting off but keeps nagging at you? Yeah, me too. For whatever reason, this post has been that task the last few weeks. Maybe it just seemed too daunting to tackle or maybe I wasn’t feeling very editorial (it’s hard to narrow down a year’s work into a handful of images!). The funny thing is these tasks are usually not as difficult as I build them up to be in my head. Starting is often the hardest part!

Once I got started it was actually pretty fun! It’s encouraging to see the ways I’ve grown in the last year; the things I’ve gotten better at. And it’s helpful to see the areas where I still have some room for improvement. I’m excited about the things coming in 2017, and I hope you enjoy reliving some of the best moments of 2016 with me!! Congratulations to all the wonderful couples I got to work with! I couldn’t do it without you =)
